Passed! Ph.D. Candidate

by Christopher Albon on May 21, 2009

Today was a long day and I am at the limits of exhaustion, so I will make this short. I passed my oral exams, I am now ABD (all but dissertation).

Details will come later. Blogging will resume soon. But for now, I am going to have a beer and get to bed.

Christopher Albon is a Ph.D. candidate specializing in armed conflict, public health, human security, and health diplomacy.

Congratulations! I used to hear this stage called “candidacy’, as in you are now a candidate for a Ph. D. Knew a few long-long-term candidates (there’s always another book to read). Best wishes for a speedy recovery from brain strain.
