It works with google reader. On your reader, click on manage subscriptions (in my reader it appears on the bootton of my subscriptions). Then, it will appear the option to import/export.
that's it.

Good idea, this! I didn't even consider that academic journals might have started publishing by RSS as well.

Hi Zach,

Try right-clicking on the link to the .opml file and select "save as". That will let you download it.

This would be a wonderful tool. However, does this work with Google's online Reader? I can't seem to download it as a file, nor import it. Can anyone help?

I've just started using this tool: page2rss.com to get feeds for working papers from individual's websites. Seems to be working, but I'll give it some time to test before I share...

I know it's not a journal, but the Economist informs me on the private sector side of international relations. As a government employee I have to admit that there is often more intersting action (and more solutions to pressing problems) in the multinational business world, though the delineation between goverenment and business is not neat and tidy everywhere.

Give me a Foreign Affairs and an Economist and I feel 10 IQ pints smarter by the time I get to Singapore.
